Principle of LED Lighting heat dissipation
LED heat dissipation technology was born in 2000. It is made of semiconductor light-emitting diodes. Its working principle is radiation-composite electroluminescence. It is the most common way to dissipate heat. It uses aluminum heat-dissipating fins as part of the outer casing to increase the heat-dissipation area.
The LED chip emits heat and transmits the heat sink through the substrate. The heat sink then dissipates heat through the heat sink surface where the fins are located. Therefore, the size of the heat sink and the area of the heat sink determine the ability of the heat sink. Moreover, in order to increase the area, the heat sink y is generally formed into various shapes such as a column shape and a mesh shape.
